FINA have invited countries to apply for the FINA AS Scholarship Development Program. This program provides funding for the training of National Team athletes for World Champs 2022 and Olympics 2024.
Team Phoenix has submitted a comprehensive and detailed proposal to SSA and the Technical Committee on how such a training program can be structured to be able to take advantage of this offer.
This is an enormous opportunity for Artistic Swimming in South Africa.
It is not known if SSA has applied for this program.
